Sharing our Love of Travel with you, our family and friends

Our family has always loved to travel together, see new sights and learn about our destinations - early in life we primarily traveled within the United States and saw many of the wonderful places in our own country but it wasn’t until we took a trip to Costa Rica with our two sons in 2016 that we realized how much we loved  gaining new experiences and embracing the culture of our destinations outside our own country.  Through this, we have found that experiencing new places, people and cultures together and trying new things in an entirely new place is something that brings us a great amount of joy.  

Since that trip, we have made many more (most of which are covered in this site!) and with each of them we have continued to find just how much we enjoy traveling. Creating new adventures together as a newly retired couple is a love we can't wait to explore more and share with you as we go! While most of our trips will be "just you and me", we will take advantage of opportunities to travel with our family, too!

This site is designed with one purpose and that is to share our love of travel with you. What you find here is a glimpse into our travels, sharing our favorite moments, places and meals with some tips and tricks along the way. It is not supposed to be a complete travel guide but just to share something that may help you or inspire you to explore anywhere, whether near or far. And no, we won't be your travel agent, but if you have questions you can reach out to us personally, if you know us, or through social media messaging.

All of the pictures are ours, with the exception of one, and it has a photo credit. We have chosen to only share this one picture of us and keep the rest of our personal pictures to ourselves and our friends on our personal social media. 

Are we doing this to earn money? No, it is just to share with you. Are we open to earning money through this website in the future? Maybe, but it would have to be something we believed in and supported, whether we were making money or not. 

This is our love letter to our travels and we are excited to share our love of travel with you. Really, it is as simple as that!
