Sharing our Love of Travel with you, our family and friends
Our family has always cherished family travel, seeking adventure together, discovering new sights, and learning about our destinations. Early in our lives, we primarily explored within the United States and experienced many wonderful places in our own country. However, it was our trip to Costa Rica with our two teenage sons in 2016 that truly opened our eyes to how much we love gaining new travel experiences and embracing the culture of places outside our own country. We have found that exploring new places, meeting diverse people, and immersing ourselves in different cultures while trying new things brings us immense joy.
Since that unforgettable adventure, we have embarked on many more journeys (most of which are covered in this site!). With each trip, our passion for travel has only grown stronger. Creating new adventures together as a newly retired couple is a love we look forward to sharing with you! While many of our trips will be only the two of us, we also look forward to travels with our friends and our family.
Over the years, many people have asked us about our trips - where we stayed, how we got there, what we learned along the way. So we started this blog to share what we have learned from our travels with others. We hope that it will help you to grow your own love for travel and meeting new people and experiencing new cultures.
Enjoying the sites of new places, we love to capture our memories through pictures. All of the pictures on this website, except one (and it is credited) are our own! While pictures never reflect the reality of our world, we hope you enjoy the sights from our travel and they inspire you to see this amazing world for yourself.
