We visited Copenhagen with our son and daughter-in-law in March 2024. The weather was in the 40s and cloudy with a few quick rain showers the week we visited but that did not slow us down or keep us from enjoying the wonderful castles and palaces along with some great shopping!
We stayed at the Nobis Hotel (Marriott) and walked almost everywhere, but the trains, metro, taxis and Ubers were easily accessible when needed. We even made a fun day trip Malmo, Sweden on the train. We don't normally use tourism cards, but the Copenhagen card included nearly all the sites we wanted to visit, was easy to use and included access to the local transportation system.
Aside from the sites to see, perhaps the best thing about Copenhagen was the food! We had amazing Italian food at Barabba, seafood at Kodbyens Fiskebar, pizza at Baest, Smorrebrod at Selma,
and a wide variety of options at both the Tivoli Food Hall and The Olive Kitchen and Bar. Every one of these were outstanding!
We definitely want to return to Copenhagen - most likely in the summer months to enjoy the city when its a bit warmer!
